Corporal Michael Mazepa
Michael Mazepa was killed when his plane was shot down in New Guinea in May of 1944. Over a year after being listed as missing, his wreaked plane was found in the jungle along with the bodies all 7 crew members. After the war, his remains were returned to this country and buried at Arlington National Cemetery.	He lived at 70 LaGrange Street. (in 1944 the house # was 48) As of 2008, his brother still lives in the home.
