	Join Carol Freedman, co-owner of Carol’s Creative Chocolatez in Somerville to learn about the history of chocolate. Learn how the cacao tree was discovered and how it has been transformed into the chocolate we know and love today! Carol will demonstrate how bark is made and everyone will have a taste!
