PFC Brian J. Frangione of Hillsborough recently completed his annual two-week training with the New Jersey Army National Guard at Fort Dix. Upon completion he was awarded The Army Achievement Medal for Excellent Performance during the Alpha Company Best Sappers Stakes Skills Challenge from Aug. 1 through Aug. 10. Frangione demonstrated the warrior ethos and advanced proficiency at all the tested stations. He was also named The Best Sapper for his superior performance throughout the Sapper Stakes Competition. He has set the standard for his fellow soldiers to follow and demonstrated the high degree of professionalism demanded of a member of The Corps of Engineers. He is a junior at Rowan University majoring in physics. |
