In 1933 after prohibition, James DeCicco converted what was a Family Owned Grocery Store called Troisi's to a Tavern. Initially it was called The Anderson Tavern. Their family's home was in the back of the tavern. |

When they first opened in 1933, beers were just 10 cents a glass. The most popular Beers were Ballantine and Schaefer James operated the Tavern until his death in 1957. |

James's son Anthony took over the bar and operated it from 1957-2001. In 2001, Anthony retired. His daughter Denise operates the bar today. Beers today are $2 a glass. Today's most popular beers are Coors and Budweiser | |
