Denise grew up in Raritan - The family lived on Elmer Street. Her earliest roots in Raritan are through her Paternal Great-Grandmother who came to Raritan in the 1880s. | ||
The Hudak Grocery Store was the Quick Chek in it's day. Open 1940 -1960, Denise remembers the Raritan public works employees would stop each morning for coffee. The family lived in the back of the store. Today, the home is still owned by father Tony Hudak. | ||
